"Lindsey Tovar, went above and beyond anything I have ever seen in regard to customer service to deliver my jacket. Not only did Lindsey help me design and get fitted for the perfect sport coat, but when she delivered it in late November she noticed that the buttons were not on the jacket when we tried it on.  I mentioned to her that I'd like to have it for our upcoming bowl game in mid-December.  She quickly underpromised she might be able to get it to me for her trunk show on the 13th. However, to my disappointment, that day came and went waiting for my delivery. She sensed my disappointment. Then, she overwhelmed me by personally delivering my jacket after work 3 hours away in Albuquerque just hours before kickoff!! Simply amazed by her efforts. I did not want to let the level of customer service by Lindsey get unnoticed by those in the company. Lindsey makes me proud to be a Tom James customer."
