He comes to my office, I pick out the product, he brings back the finished clothing, and he doesn't stop until I am happy and satisfied. Yes, I have bought some suits off the rack over the years, and yes, they are less expensive, BUT the quality of the Tom James product is transcendent. I still have the very first blazer I ever bought from him, and at the age of 72, I still get the "dapper" comment every time I wear it. | Good advice here: buy a suit, try it out, and watch out for the comments.

My great friend and most professional clothier, Paul Holt, ran into another great friend's mother at a local Dry Cleaner in London, KY today ?? | | As the two of them briefly chatted, they discovered they had many other mutual friends including myself and her son ?? | | As any wise and diligent sales professional should do, Paul inquired about our highly successful mutual friend, this lady's son ?? | | Paul called me shortly thereafter and asked if I would help him get in contact with our mutual friend and if I minded letting our friend know ?? | | I was eager to do this, as I think the utmost of both gentlemen and both have been very gracious and beneficial to me throughout my life ?? | | When I talked with the person Paul was asking about, I explained why I was calling and that I had a friend who had bumped into his mother today ?? | | My friend said that his mother had given him Paul's card and that he would either call Paul back or that Paul could call him next week ?? | | After catching up for awhile, we departed the conversation with plans to meet up as soon as we can in his restaurant ?? | | I then sent over a picture of myself, wearing a custom Tom James suit, the first apparel Paul Holt ever provided for me ??
