What information does the organisation collect?
The organisation collects and processes a range of information about you. This includes:

- contact details of your spouse/ partner or assistant if you prefer us to liaise with them directly instead of yourself for booking appointments;

Where does your Personal Information come from?
The organisation collects your personal data in a variety of ways. You provide some of your personal information to us directly by interacting with your Sales Professional. We may also collect
your personal information from your social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram or as the result of internet searches which access information that exists in the
public domain. We may also collect your personal information from non-digital media that exists in the public domain, like newspapers or trade publications. In some cases, we may also collect your
personal information from an existing client that referred you to us.
Why does the organisation process Personal Information and the legal basis for doing so?
The Company will only process Personal Information where it has a legal basis for doing so. The company will review the Personal Information it holds on a regular basis to ensure it is being
lawfully processed, and is accurate, relevant and up to date. Before transferring Personal Information to a non-affiliated party such as a supplier, the company will establish that it has a
legal reason for making the transfer.

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. Your rights are as follows:
