Career Development begins in the local sales office with day-to-day curriculum and team training to insure all needed skills are taught and reinforced through observation and practice.
Training in areas such as prospecting, phone skills, presentation, product knowledge, tracking and measuring, as well as follow-up, all help unsure new Sales Professionals are given the knowledge and support needed to insure success.
After 2 months, new Sales Professionals attend Career Development Class, an intensive study that focuses on vision, leadership and profitability. Combining professional speakers, interaction and factory visits, Career Development Class helps prepare Sales Professionals for their next step in the Tom James Career Ladder - Leadership.
