Twice a year, we hold a week-long International Meeting where sales people gather to be trained on new products and to connect with Sales Professionals from across the world.
At both the January and July International Meetings, top performers are recognized at the Tom James annual awards banquet.
Tom James awards top performers with luxurious trips for their sales excellence. Since these are awarded based on the sales growth, many people achieve these trips in the first or second year of their employment!
