- All seams are wider, hand-turned, and cross stitched.
- The collars and lapels are hand-padded in a chevron pattern with 1,350 stitches in the collar and 800 stitches in each lapel.
- Hanger sewn onto collar fabric.
- Full Ex-Lite canvas front , made with wool, cotton and spun rayon with inserted horse tail for support. Canvas is covered with 100% flannel felt, preshrunk and cold water dipped.
- The armholes have a hand double reversed chain stitch and are pressed open (butterfly) and flat.
